We help homeowners make confident roofing decisions
New Roof Guide is an independent information site built to give US homeowners straight, jargon-free answers about their roofs - and to connect them with licensed local contractors when they are ready.
Independent guidance - we are not a roofing contractor.
Roofing is confusing on purpose in a lot of places. Prices are opaque, sales tactics are aggressive, and it is hard to know who to trust. We started New Roof Guide to fix that - with clear, independent guidance and a simple way to reach vetted local pros.
What we do
- Publish plain-English guides on roof costs, problems, inspection and maintenance.
- Explain the process so you know what to expect before you spend a dollar.
- Connect you with licensed, insured local contractors for free, no-obligation quotes.
What we are not
We are not a roofing contractor and we do not perform roofing work. We may be compensated when you connect with a contractor through the site - but that never changes our guidance or the price you pay. See our advertiser disclosure.
